Free shipping on all orders over $3,000

Shipping Methods

AquaEuroUSA ships via FedEx or UPS.  Large orders ship by freight.  Aquariums & 1 HP Chillers ship by freight only.

Shipping time

All orders will be processed using standard ground service generally in 1-2 days from the date you place your order.  In-stock air orders will ship same day if your order is completed by 12 pm Monday-Friday West Coast Time.  Expedited shipping is also available upon request (Please call for a price quote). 

Expedited services available via UPS/FedEx

Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the Checkout page determines how quickly your shipped item will be deliver. 

UPS/FedEx does not offer shipping services to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address (these addresses are served by USPS). Customers in Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other areas outside the Continental United States should call for the best shipping method.

US Postal Service

We also ship using the Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes provided by US Postal Service for small items. This service is great for small parcels and is generally delivered 2-3 business days after ship date at a low cost.

Shipping Cost

If your order totals more than $3,000, you'll receive free standard shipping in the continental United States. This excludes aquariums. To ensure we provide you with the best shipping rate possible the cost for shipping will be calculated and processed after you complete your order.  You will be contacted ether via email or by phone with a total cost of shipping.

Personal Pickup

You can select to pick up your items at the Gardena location by selecting the “Pick up” option on the Checkout page.  The payment for the order might be processed when items are picked up. The items can be picked up during our regular business hours  of 8:00am to 4:30pm. To pick up your items you will need to bring the card used for payment, or the order number and a valid photo ID. If you have designated a Pickup Contact, they will need to bring the order number and a valid photo ID.

International Orders

AquaEuroUSA offers shipment to all continents but is not responsible for providing licenses, documents or permits required to import any products into other countries. Call or email for shipping rates.

We also have authorized distributors located in Mexico & Brazil.

Shipping Policies

Shipping Damage

In the event there is damage in transit, contact us right away by calling 800-978-3480. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
